H. E. Ambassador Dr. Andre Thomas

Ambassador Thomas is an ambassador at large for the Kingdom of St. Penn, UN Peace Ambassador, Strategy Consultant, Bishop, and Prolific Author of 26 books. He serves as the President of the Caribbean Israel Leadership Coalition, an organization with a mission to drive initiatives and facilitate efforts to create greater and closer national ties, economic development ties and faith-based ties between the Caribbean and Israel. He is also the Founder and CEO of Caribbean Israel Venture Services Inc., an organization with the purpose of mining, and developing the resources in the people, lands, and seas of sovereign nations. Dr. Thomas is also an Advisory Board Member of the Abrahamic Business Circle, a global network of contacts that raise capital, buy and sell companies, locate potential investments, conduct joint-ventures, connect distributors and new clients.

Isaac Katan

Mr. Isaac Katan is the founder of the Katan Group, a multi-billion dollar real estate and international business conglomerate with a global footprint in diverse industries and signature large-scale real estate projects. Mr. Katan’s experience, now spanning decades, covers a wide array of real estate and business activities dealing with every stage of the transaction/deal – from urban planning, deal structuring, complex extensive zoning change, negotiation, and development. Past real estate developments have created thousands of residential and commercial units in the New York metropolitan area.

Lord Robert Orville Thomas

Lord Thomas is a member of the International association of Arbitration and member of The Chartered institute of Legal executives. He holds a LLM Masters in International Law, PHD in international law and is a legal consultant in various practice areas of law. He has over 14 years experience with legal procedures and court cases in international Law and within the U.K. He is the Founder of Global Legal Solutions Platform and Make Your Complaint. Lord Thomas has also sat as Chief Justice for the indigenous Cherokee Nation and sits as Senior Judge to the Kingdom of Colonia St John and acts as a senior advisor to HRH King John. In 2018, Lord Thomas was appointed as Judge Thomas for the Sovereign ICJ- ICC. He was also named Head of Legal Affairs for the Sovereign ICJ-ICC in dealing with the financial sector for historical assets and redemption.

Dr. Walton is a veteran of the United States Military and has received various awards, recognitions and media coverage for his achievements in business and community relations. His work has been seen on BET, FOX, TBN, WBFS-TV, CBS and more, along with coverage in the Houston Chronicle and other magazines. He is a licensed chaplain and received his accreditation from CICA International University & Seminary. Dr. Walton serves on the board of Manhood Mentorship and serves as the Spiritual Advisor and Life Coach for NBA Players with Family First Sports Firm. He is married to his lovely wife of 18 years, Dr. Sherrie Walton, and the father of three children.

Dawn-Marie Simpson

Dawn-Marie Simpson is an accomplished international business executive with 20 years of experience in international financial services with a focus on developing countries. She is a consultant to international investors, non-profits, governments and major corporations. Her fascination and drive come from her humanitarian missions in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. She is considered to be an economic justice freedom fighter. Her mission is to engage with international decision makers and thought leaders in international public policy. She opens to challenges and exchange of ideas to unite the Caribbean Nations.

Her background in International Relations, Investment Banking, Marketing, Human Resources, Film & Music has forged her place with a diversified group of influencers.
She also was instrumental in the formulating of the download automation of foreign exchange block trades at Citigroup/Solomon Smith Barney. Prior to working in the international consultancy industry, she was a Client Account Manager and Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse Investment Bank. One significant accomplishment was to ameliorate Jamaica’s risk rating from high risk to medium risk which enabled some of the largest financial firms to open international trading accounts. This caused a significant development within the investment banking system in Jamaica.

At present, Ms. Simpson is the International Business Advisor for the Office of the Vice President of Suriname and the Director of Investments & Trade at Grassalco, a State-owned entity representing Suriname’s natural resources. Ms. Simpson is from a bloodline known to be influential in the world, with the likes of former Secretary of State Colin Powell, Former Prime Minister of Jamaica H.E. Portia Simpson-Miller and the current Prime Minister of Jamaica H. E. Andrew Holness. Ms. Simpson is also a film and music producer and music executive producer of which one her projects was nominated for the 2011 Grammy Awards.

Ms. Simpson is a member of the Dean’s List and a graduate of New York University where her focus was Global Economics, International Human Rights and Law.
