The Ideas and Solutions Group is a Caribbean-headquartered consulting firm working at the point where enterprise, capital and governance meet. From Bridgetown, Barbados, we help companies enter and establish themselves in new markets, we help boards and executives lead them well, and we help governments build the institutional capacity those economies depend on.
We are structured as six specialist divisions under one group. A client entering the region through our Business Services division may draw on our construction and real estate advisory for its physical footprint, and on our organizational division to build the leadership team that will run it. That is deliberate. Most firms sell a service. We build the conditions in which a venture can actually succeed.
